Beef, gravy, our very own recipe horseradish cream whipped up by our Loughton deli team, and a plush, rich St John's wine ready to pour: one glass for the chef's privilege and the rest to enjoy at the table.

ST. JOHN'S ROUGE 2020: Cabernet Sauvignon 70%, Syrah 20%, Merlot 10% Plush, Black Fruits, Soft Tannins, Spice. Surprisingly soft wine with notes of plum, damson and loganberry. Liquorice and some white pepper notes set against good acidity and a satisfying finish. A reminder of Summer in the Winter and a pleasure with the grillade in the Summer.
