Summer weekends are for slowing down. Let us help you set the tone. Serve up slow-roast spiced lamb shoulder, shredded and piled up in Juma's flatbreads with harissa yoghurt and zhoug. Serve with our refreshing lemon and herb couscous salad on the side, along with the crisp lamb filo pastries and any spare zhoug or yoghurt as dip.

THE LAMB SHOULDER FLATBREAD BOX
SERVES UP TO 4 | COOKING TIME 4 TO 4 ½ HOURS INCLUDING RESTING TIME
• 1.3 kg Lamb Shoulder in Shawarma Marinade • 4 x Baharat Filo Pastries • 4 x Juma Flatbread • Harissa Yoghurt (1 x 130g pot) • Zhoug Sauce (1 x 130g pot) • Lemon & Herb Couscous (300g)
Fear not if you aren't the most confident of cooks, instructions will be provided for a perfect finish. We've done all the hard work of marinating the lamb so it's ready to pop in the oven (although it will need removing from its wrapping). We've also concocted a couple of delicious sauces, a refreshing couscous salad, and lightly spiced lamb filo pastries that just need baking to a golden crisp. The toughest part of this box is waiting for the lamb to come out of the oven.
Please note: all ovens and hobs vary - if you know yours is a bit off-piste, adjust timings and temperatures accordingly.

LAMB SHOULDER IN SHAWARMA MARINADE: Lamb shoulder, Shawarma marinade (crushed garlic, ground coriander, cayenne pepper, ground cardamom, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, lemon juice, pomace oil)
BAHARAT FILO PASTRIES: Pomace oil, shallots, pine nuts, lamb mince, parsley, feta (milk (DAIRY), rennet, salt), Baharat spice mix (ground black pepper, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground clove, ground allspice, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg and ground cardamom), pomegranate molasses, filo pastry (WHEAT flour, water, corn starch, salt, Preservatives (potassium sorbate), Flour treatment agent (L cystein)), butter (milk(DAIRY),salt), nigella seeds, salt & pepper.
JUMA FLATBREAD: WHEAT FLOUR, DAIRY
