A twist on the 1920’s cocktail crafted by Fatman & Friends for the Ginger Pig. A cousin of the Negroni - our version is made with equal parts Buffalo Trace, Campari and Dolin Blanc Vermouth, then aged in glass barrels with botanicals. The glass allows the ingredients to mingle and intensify while the alcohol mellows for smoothness, and extra length of flavour, like a great red wine with the layering of classic French cooking.  


A bittersweet drink perfect to pair with meat and game at any time of year. Enjoy chilled for a classic cocktail or modify to suit all tastes. Long, short, sour, even fizzy.
