PORK RUB, Ingredients: Sea salt, spices (ground coarse black pepper, ground fennel, fennel seed), brown sugar, garlic powder, smoke flavouring.
BEEF RUB, Ingredients: Sea salt, spices (ground coarse black pepper, ground paprika), brown sugar, smoke flavouring.
POULTRY RUB, Ingredients: Sea salt, spices (ground chilli powder, smoked paprika, ground paprika, ground coarse black pepper, ground fennel, fennel seed), herbs (marjoram, sage, oregano), brown sugar, smoke flavouring.
LAMB RUB, Ingredients: Sea salt, spices (ground coarse black pepper, ground fennel, fennel seed), brown sugar, garlic powder, smoke flavouring.
