From The Ginger Pig larder, made by hand at our Loughton shop, a Cranberry & Port Sauce. Not just for Christmas dinner. Try with a roast chicken all year round, as an accompaniment to duck breast or even your favourite sausage. Also rather marvelous with a pork pie.

Ingredients: Fresh cranberries (60%), dark brown sugar, port (sulphites), cinnamon.
Store in a cool and dry place. Refrigerate once opened and use within one month. For best before see base of jar.
Contains sulphites. Made in a kitchen that also handles nuts.
