Ginger Pig Apple & Mint Jelly
From The Ginger Pig larder, made by hand at our Loughton shop, an apple and mint jelly. A perfect accompaniment to roast lamb, pork or sausages.

Ingredients: bramley apples (45%), white wine vinegar (sulphites), granulated sugar, fresh mint.
Store in a cool and dry place. Refrigerate once opened and use within one month. For best before see base of jar.
Contains sulphites. Made in a kitchen that also handles nuts.
